CADDYTREK One (1) Year Limited Warranty – AU&NZ Only.

  2. Click the ‘Orders’
  3. Find the Order that you wish to request a warranty, and then fill in the form to let us know.

*Please note: the warranty button will be displayed on your account once the order has been completed. If the order does not complete, there will be no ‘warranty option’ on your account.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

Our warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: Iseeusee as defined below warrants this products against defects in materials and workmanship under normaluse for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchased by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”).

The limited warranty is effective for one year following the date of purchase. Our warranties the product against manufacture design and defect.

The manufacturer is not responsible for damage or part failure due to normal wear-and-tear or misuse of the product.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

The following is covered under the terms of the limited warranty:

  • YEAR 1: motors, electronics, battery, and mechanical parts

WHAT WILL ISEEUSEE DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS?

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, Iseeusee will either

  1. Send parts for replacement at no charge; or
  2. Repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts in cases where service work is required and performed by Iseeusee.

Our team may request that you replace defective parts with new or refurbished user-installable parts that Iseeusee provides in fulfillment of its warranty obligation.

A replacement product or part, including a user installable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by Iseeusee, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage to the customer.

When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes our property. Parts provided by Iseeusee in fulfillment of its warranty obligation must be used in products for which warranty service is claimed.

WHAT MUST YOU DO TO KEEP YOUR WARRANTY IN EFFECT?

Customers are encouraged to visit www.CaddyTrek.com.au to register their product for warranty after their orders have been completed. 

Customers should follow a regular maintenance program to keep their unit in top performance. Refer to maintenance and care documents provided by Iseeusee.

  • Customers should follow recommended use guidelines when using the product. Using the product in areas or in a manner not defined as normal operating standards for the product can void any future warranty claims.
  • Maintain sufficient charging on the battery at all times. Charge battery using supplied charger for product.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for CaddyTrek that can be identified by the “CaddyTrek” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-our products or any software, even if packaged or sold with us.

Manufacturers, suppliers or publishers, other than CaddyTrek, may provide their own warranties to the end user purchaser, but CaddyTrek, in so far as permitted by law, provides their products “as is”. Software distributed by CaddyTrek with or without the CaddyTrek’ brand name (including, but not limited to system software) is not covered under this Limited Warranty. Refer to the licensing agreement accompanying the software for details of your rights with respect to its use.

Iseeusee does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Iseeusee is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use.

This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non-Iseeusee products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Iseeusee; (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Iseeusee or an Iseeusee Authorized Service Provider; (e) to a product or part that has been modified to significantly alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Iseeusee; (f) to consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; or (g) if any CaddyTrek serial number has been removed or defaced.

Service areas. Customers that move there unit outside of defined service areas will be responsible for any shipping charges and related fees to and from their present location. For example, if a customer takes their unit outside of the AUS & NZ and needs service, the customer will need to ship the unit to Iseeusee for service and pay for the return shipping to their new location. Iseeusee is not responsible for any shipping, taxes or duties levied as a result of shipping to or from a location outside of defined service areas.

Transfer of property. When a unit is resold, the remaining time on the warranty is transferred to the buyer. Warranties are not extended due to resale. The buyer assumes full rights regarding the warranty as defined in this document.

NZ customers. The terms and conditions for NZ customers who purchased directly through Iseeusee, CaddyTrek are the same as described here-in with the following exceptions:

  • Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send product to Iseeusee for warranty purposes only.
  • Iseeusee is responsible for the shipping costs to return product back to customer located in one (1) of the seven (7) NZ areas for warranty purposes only.

Extended warranties. Iseeusee does not provide extended warranties for this product.

Iseeusee WARRANTY OBLIGATION

Iseeusee will facilitate shipping to and from its service center within the Australia and New Zealand contiguous states.

PLEASE NOTE: When sending in CaddyTrek for warranty work, the product must be returned in itsoriginal shipping box along with its original packaging material. Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional shipping costs that will solely be at the customer’s expense.

For service work or parts not covered under warranty, Iseeusee will provide a detailed quote for repair and service of unit prior to doing any service work. In instances where required service work may exceed original estimate, Iseeusee will contact customer and provide updated quote.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE 

Please access and review the online help resources referred to in the documentation accompanying this product before requesting warranty service. If the product is still not functioning properly after making use of these resources, please contact the Iseeusee representatives or, if applicable, an Iseeusee Authorized Service Provider using the information provided in the documentation. An Iseeusee’ representative or Iseeusee’ Authorized Service Provider will help determine whether your product requires service and, if it does, will inform you how Iseeusee will provide it. Iseeusee or its Iseeusee Authorized Service Providers will provide warranty service on products that are tendered or presented for service during the Warranty Period, as permitted by law.

Iseeusee may require that you furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service. Please refer to the accompanying documentation for more details on this and other matters on obtaining warranty service.
